Before starting my company, I was a Sr. Program Manager to the Fortune 1000 [American Airlines, Boeing, Caterpillar, L3Harris, Northrop Grumman, Sirius XM, SpaceX] including onsite program management at Fortune 500 companies [Abbott, Intel, John Deere, Microsoft, NetApp]. I’ve successfully executed multimillion dollar budgets for talent procurement while working with senior hiring authorities providing high-level performers to some of the largest organizations in the World.
I started OnDeck to help the small to medium size business market find high-performing experts for their own businesses. My network and experience placing thousands of high-performing individuals with top companies provides me a unique process to match my client's jobs with the best candidates. I am not a traditional recruiter by trade. In fact, prior in my career I was an Enterprise Account Manager and before that a Vice President of Operations.
