Second, we conduct a discovery to determine ideal qualifications, circumstances of the opportunity and identify key stakeholders involved with the decision-making process. Third, we review the current search efforts and identify alternative tactics to best market the job opportunity to passive candidates.
Contingent search is ideal for businesses that do not have a dedicated recruiter on staff, experience spikes in hiring or have poor results attracting applicants. During a contingent search OnDeck Recruiting is not an exclusive partner but rather an extension of our client. We conduct a discovery to help understand our client's current search efforts and provide alternative solutions to fill the role. Any candidates presented will not be exclusive to our client. Our fee is thirty percent of the first-year base salary and contingent on the hiring of a candidate presented by OnDeck Recruiting.
Retained Search is ideal for confidential replacement, hiring critical senior level roles or when targeting relocation candidates. OnDeck Recruiting is your exclusive partner and manages all aspects of the process. We conduct a discovery to determine ideal qualifications, identify key stakeholders involved with the hiring process and establish how to best market the job opportunity to passive candidates. An experienced recruiter will be dedicated to the job until it is filled. All candidates presented will be exclusive to our client. We prioritize our time to clients with a retained partnership over contingent. Our agreement includes an upfront payment of $10,000. Our fee is thirty percent of the first-year base salary.

Statement of Work (SOW)
We provide consultants for Statement of Work (SOW) projects. Our resources can work on or offsite and we can accommodate your needs whether you require one consultant or for us to manage the entire project. Specialty roles include Solution Architect, Trainer, Project Manager, Support Engineer and QA Analyst.
Contract & Contract-to-Hire
Utilizing a contract employee offers companies timely and flexible solutions for workforce demands. Our clients have the option to collaborate with our contractors for as long or little as they need. Plus, they have the option to convert (hire them) as their own employee at any time.
