FOUNDER - JEREMY MELTING
After gaining diverse experiences living & working in Minneapolis MN, Palo Alto CA, Fargo ND, Raleigh NC, and Dallas TX, I returned to my hometown of Halstad MN and founded OnDeck Recruiting. I am not a traditional recruiter by trade. Earlier in my career I was an Enterprise Account Manager and Vice President of Operations, where I hired over 200 people. This background allows me to deeply understand my clients' needs, having 'sat in their chair' before. In 2003, I joined one of the world’s largest recruiting companies and filled over 2,000 jobs across 24 states. I founded and led one of the company’s most profitable branches, earning multiple National Star Performer awards. My expertise includes executing multimillion-dollar budgets for talent procurement and collaborating with senior hiring authorities to secure high-level performers for leading global organizations such as Abbott, American Airlines, Boeing, Caterpillar, Intel, John Deere, L3Harris, Microsoft, NetApp, Northrop Grumman, SiriusXM, and SpaceX.
