OnDeck’s On-Demand Talent are qualified professionals who provide expertise such as Training & Education, Managerial Skills Building, Website & Application Development, and more. Our consultants help companies needing immediate expert assistance to address specific challenges, implement new strategies, or fill temporary gaps in their workforce. Our resources can lead or integrate into your projects without interruption and are available without the long-term commitment of hiring a full-time employee. These resources are billed at an hourly rate.
