We conduct a discovery to determine ideal qualifications, identify key stakeholders involved with the hiring process and establish how to best market the job opportunity to passive candidates. An experienced recruiter will be dedicated to the project until it is completed. All candidates presented will be exclusive to our client. We prioritize our time to clients with a retained partnership over contingent. Our fee is a percentage of the first-year guaranteed income. An upfront financial commitment is established to begin the search.
Contingent Search is designed for businesses that do not have a dedicated recruiter on staff, experience spikes in hiring or have poor results attracting applicants. During a contingent search OnDeck works as an extension of our client. We conduct a discovery to help understand our client's current search efforts and then provide alternative solutions to fill the role. Any candidates presented will not be exclusive to our client.
