OnDeck Recruiting provides professional search services for small and midsize companies. We specialize in identifying and attracting high-performing professionals for our clients. Talent acquisition is critical, especially when you need to hire after being awarded new business (RFP/SOW) or fill key personnel gaps due to internal transfers and resignations. We are adept with full-cycle workforce acquisition including: sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, offer negotiation, background verification and onboarding. We customize our partnership based on our client's needs. All placements are backed with our guarantee of 100 days or 100% refund.

Contingent Search

Contingent search is ideal for businesses that do not have a dedicated recruiter on staff, experience spikes in hiring or have poor results attracting applicants. During a contingent search OnDeck is not an exclusive partner but rather an extension of our client. We conduct a discovery to help understand our client's current search efforts and provide alternative solutions to fill the role. The fee is calculated off of the first-year base salary and contingent on the hiring of a candidate presented by OnDeck. If our client hires someone they sourced directly or through a competitor, they pay nothing.

Example: 25% * $85,000 Salary = $21,250 Fee.


Contained Search

In addition to the better value of a contained search, they are prioritized over contingent. When companies work on contingency agreements they have multiple job openings with more than one client because statistically some of those jobs are filled by the client themselves or cancelled. We all have limited time and we prioritize our time to clients with a contained partnership. This option is ideal for businesses that want to hire a professional search partner exclusively to work in tandem with their internal hiring team and will not be competing against other staffing agencies. The hiring company has a job description, approved salary, selected the interview team, provides feedback post interviews and is ready to make an offer as soon as they meet the right candidate. Our agreement includes an upfront deposit of $1,500 that will be deducted from the placement fee. The fee is calculated off of the first-year base salary.

Example: 20% * $85,000 Salary = $17,000 Fee (minus $1,500 deposit).


Retained Search

Retained search is ideal for confidential replacement, hiring critical roles or when targeting relocation candidates. OnDeck is your exclusive partner and manages all aspects of the process. We will conduct a discovery to determine ideal qualifications, identify key stakeholders involved with the hiring process and establish how to best market the job opportunity to passive candidates. An experienced recruiter will be dedicated to the job until it is filled. Our approach achieves a higher candidate satisfaction & retention while minimizing the number of interviews and overall time to hire. All candidates presented will be exclusive to our client. OnDeck will not submit the same candidates to other clients during consideration. The fee is calculated off of the first-year base salary and paid in three installments; 1/3rd due when the search is initiated, 1/3rd due once a candidate has completed their first interview and 1/3rd due upon the candidate’s start date.

Example: 16% * $85,000 Salary = $13,600 Fee (paid in thirds: $4,533/$4,533/$4,534).


Contract & Contract-to-Hire

Utilizing a contract employee offers companies timely and flexible solutions for workforce demands. Our clients have the option to work with our contractors for as long or little as they need. Plus, they have the option to convert (hire them) as their own employee at any time.


Payrolling

When you know who you want to do the work, you don’t need help recruiting. You just need to pay them. OnDeck provides Payrolling Services to eliminate unneeded administrative work.

OnDeck Recruiting was founded by industry veteran Jeremy Melting. Jeremy began working in the staffing industry in 2003. He has been a business partner to the Fortune 1000 including onsite program management at five different Fortune 500 companies. Jeremy and the teams he has led, have filled over 1,600 jobs in 19 different states.
