After gaining diverse experiences with several staffing companies in Fargo, ND; Raleigh, NC; Minneapolis, MN; and Dallas, TX, I returned to my hometown of Halstad, MN. I founded OnDeck Recruiting to assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in finding high-performing experts tailored to their specific needs.

I am originally from Tucson, AZ. After attending college, I moved to Denver, CO. I hold a B.B.A. from Hamline University, where I also served as Co-Captain of the Football Team. I have extensive experience in contract, direct-hire, and contract-to-hire roles. My passion lies in working on technology and engineering positions.
